Southern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA — The Elmira Express boys’ wrestling team picked up a 58-12 win over U-E on Tuesday night.
U-E’s Vancen Small had a forfeit win at 103 and at 110 Carter McKernan of Elmira Caiden Hwalek in 3:21.
There was a double forfeit at 118 and at 126 Nick Johnson of Elmira pinned Aydin Kowalski in 3:54.
Ahmed Al-Aubaidy of U-E pinned Hunter Parker in 1:@6 at 132. At 138 Scott Fairbanks of Elmira won by technical fall 23-5 in 1:59 over Philip Bronson and at 144 Lavonte Gibbons won by technical fall 20-2 in 4:31 over Marty Foley.
Elmira’s Cole Swanson (150), Airus Bradbury (165), Josh Johnson (175), Liam Ogden (190) and Colin Baer (215) all got forfeit wins for Elmira and there was a double forfeit at 157.
Brock Rosemark of Elmira pinned Jordan Blakney in 3:18 at 285.
