Southern Tier Sports ReportSAVONA — The Edison boys’ wrestling team went 3-1 at the Campbell-Savona Wrestling Holiday Dual Meet Tournament on Saturday.
Edison beat host Campbell-Savona, 28-27, fell to Addison 42-33, beat Dundee 45-10 and beat Corning (B) 45-30.
Greg Golden (175) was 4-0 with three technical falls and was named the tournament Most Outstanding Wrestler for the upper weights for the second straight year.
Mason Vanderhoff was 4-0 on the day at 118, with a fall and three technical falls and Aiden Quackenbush (175/190) was 4-0 with three falls.
Cameron Southard (126), Rocco Franchi (138) and Jace Schiller (165) all went 3-1 on the day.
Daniel Cruz (150), Colton Erickson (157), Landon Baldwin (215) and Jaeden Baldwin (285) were all 2-2 on the day, and Cameron Richards (190), and Logan Simons (190) also competed, finishing 0-2 on the day.
