Southern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Edison boys’ basketball team moved to 2-1 on the season with a 70-55 win over SVE on Wednesday night.
Marcquis Bradley Jr. led Edison with 22 points, scoring nine in both the first and third quarters.
Bradley outscored SVE by two points in the opening quarter as Edison led 17-7 after one quarter on their way to the win.
Brayden Doyle had 15 points in the game and Jha’Zhere Muniz finished with 10 points.
Connor Lasko had six points and Mark Cornacchio finished with five points in the game.
Tanner Buchanan, Brenden Smith and Bentley Stroman both had three points and Braedyn Gulich finished with two points.
