Southern Tier Sports ReportROCHESTER — Elmira graduate Caleb Belanger had a 26th-place finish, earning him all-conference honors at the Empire 8 Championships.
The Brockport men finished fourth with 102 points. Belanger crossed the line in 27:53, finishing third on his team.
