Southern Tier Sports ReportBRADFORD, PA. — Elmira graduate Donavan Smith started out his season with three pins during a quad-meet at Pitt-Bradford over the weekend.
Smith had one of the team’s two wins against Pitt-Bradford, getting a pin at 174. He also had a pin at 174 in a loss to Utica and then he had this third fall of the day against Jamestown.
Smith is in his first year at Elmira College after transferring from DI LIU.
The Soaring Eagles remain on the road and head to Ithaca for the Ithaca Invitational on Friday. Match times are 2:#0 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
