Southern Tier Sports ReportHORSEHEADS — The Horseheads tennis team fell to Ithaca 7-0 in the regular season finale on Tuesday afternoon.
Marina Okada of Ithaca won 6-0, 6-0 over Miley Darmstadt at first singles and at second singles Mengdi Zeng of Ithaca won 6-1, 6-1 over Hannah Smetanka.
In third singles Ithaca’s Lily Wang won 6-1, 6-2 over Kate Rought and Ithaca’s Yeannette Sapchah won 6-1, 6-1 over Paige Stevens.
In first doubles Ithaca’s Andrea Martinez and Olivia Hao won 6-3, 6-1 over Lucie McKenzie and Laura Cummings and in second doubles Ada Ince and Jing Ying won 6-3, 6-3 over Bella Liddle and Kaitlyn Soper.
In third doubles Sareena Payne and Neshmi Huffman won 7-5, 6-1 over Lydia Mackey and Hannah Mattoon.
