SECTION 4 VOLLEYBALL: CORNING REACHES FINAL OF TIOGA TOURNEY (20 PHOTOS) (2025-09-14)

TIOGA CENTER — The Corning volleyball team reached the final of the Tioga Varsity Tournament on Saturday.

Corning won their pool, going 8-0. Trumansburg was 6-2, Chenango Valley was 3-5, Unatego was 2-6 and Dryden was 1-7.

In the other pool Tioga took first at 6-2, followed by Candor at 6-2, Oneonta at 5-3, Chenango Forks at 2-6 and Delhi at 1-7.

In the semifinals Corning beat Candor 25-19 and Tioga topped Trumansburg 25-13. Tioga topped the Hawks 25-16 in the final.
