Southern Tier Sports ReportDRYDEN — The Edison volleyball team opened the season with a 3-1 victory over Dryden on Wednesday.
Edison won the match 25-16, 13-25, 25-21, 25-18.
Isabelle Guarnieri had 10 digs, five kills and an ace and Aveyah Nelson had an assist.
Melania Cheplick finished with six digs, three kills and an ace and Kayla Rossi had 10 digs and an ace.
Mali Huffner finished with eight kills, six digs and three blocks and Claire Elston had an assist.
Lyla Cowulich had five aces, three digs and 12 assists and Rosie Wheeler had six aces, a kill, 11 digs and two assists.
Lillian Cowulich had an ace and four digs and Cammy Hoffmann had three digs and six kills.
