Southern Tier Sports ReportVESTAL — The Ithaca Little Red girls’ lacrosse team topped Corning 15-3 in the Section IV, Class A championship on Thursday night.
Ithaca led 10-1 at the half in the game.
Brynna Walsh, Lindsay Casterline and Gracee Work all had goals for Corning.
Ella Thomforde had seven goals to lead Ithaca.
Sage Bliss had three goals and two assists and Eleni Switzer and Skyla Lee-Byrnes each had a goal and an assist.
Emma Bakos, Reese Montivera-Cole and Taylor Kerber all had goals for Ithaca and Natalie Wagent finished with an assist.
Julia Busch had seven saves for Corning and Leslie Scudder finished with one save for the Hawks.
Olivia Frazier had two saves for Ithaca.
