COLLEGE WOMEN'S LACROSSE: CORNING GRAD GILL EARNS ALL-MAAC HONORS, LEADS CONFERENCE IN GOALS (2025-05-22)

Corning graduate Maddy Gill was named to the All-MAAC first-team after a dominant season for the Niagara women’s lacrosse team.

Gill led the Purple Eagles, and the conference, in goals with 51, while also leading the team in points with 56. She wound up with 57 goals and five assists after the postseason.

Gill led the league in goals coming from the midfield position. She had an eight-goal game against Central Michigan and a six-goal game and three five-goal games.

She finished the season strong with three or more goals in each of her final six games of the year. She had five goals against Rider, four against Mount St. Mary’s, five against Quinnipiac, three against Marist, three against Sienna and six in the finale against Rider in the MAAC Tournament ,scoring 26 goals over the final six games of the year.

Gill scored multiple goals in the final nine games of the year. She scored goals in all but two games on the season.

For her career Gill has 79 goals.
