Southern Tier Sports ReportITHACA — The Corning boys lacrosse team rallied for an 8-6 win over Ithaca on Friday night.
Down 5-3 at the half the Hawks outscored the Little Red 5-1 in the second half to get the win.
James Freeman had four goals and an assist and Joe Fucito had three goals and an assist.
Kohl Hogue had a goal and two assists and Clayton Smith had an assist.
Corning was down 4-2 after one quarter and fell behind 5-3 at the half before coming back.
Ian Harpster had 18 saves in goal for the Hawks.
