Southern Tier Sports ReportBINGHAMTON — The Edison softball team wrapped up play at the Mirabito Tournament at Greenlight Park with a 2-1 win over Tuckahoe on Sunday.
Aurora Parlo threw a four-hitter in the win, allowing one unearned run. She struck out six in the game.
Kailey Ripley had a two-run home run for the game’s only runs. She was named to the all-tournament team after the tournament. Ripley had two hits in the game.
Emily Aiello had a double in the game and Charlee Stroman, Rosie Wheeler and Maycie Bennett had hits in the game. Wheeler scored the other run in the game.
