HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL: EDISON GETS SIX-INNING WIN OVER BATH (22 PHOTOS) (2025-04-25)

ELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Edison baseball team notched a wild 8-5 win over Bath on Friday night.

The game ended after 6 1/2 innings because of darkness with Bath taking the lead in the top of the sixth 12-8, but since it was called for darkness the game reverted back to the last completed inning and ended with Edison winning 8-5 in six innings.

Bath led 5-1 heading into the bottom of the fourth, but Edison scored seven runs in the fourth inning.

Edison had three hits in the game, but drew eight walks int he win.

Drew Slaven had two hits, an RBI and a run scored and Jace Schiller had a hit and scored two runs.

Dylan Beam, Paxton Hoover, Brayden Gulich, Caden Collier and Bentley Stroman all scored runs in the game. Coolier and Hoover each walked twice in the game.
