HORSEHEADS — The Horseheads baseball team scored in ever inning as they beat Corning 15-1 on Thursday to stay unbeaten on the year.

Horseheads had three in the first, two in the second, runs in the third and sixth, two in the fourth and six in the fifth inning.

Zach Giammichele had two hits, with a double, an RBI and a run scored and Trevor Reidy had two hits, an RBI and a run scored.

Micah Hays and Mason Holloway each had a hit, two RBI and two runs scored and Carson Bell and Keagan Monahan each had hits, with Monahan scoring three runs and Bell scoring a run.

Lyncoln Bennett scored two runs and Cooper Ball scored a run.

Ball pitched five innings, striking out one and allowing two hits and one run, not earned. Chase Mashanic worked two innings of one-hit shutout ball, striking out one.

Connor Monroe and Elijah King had hits for Corning. King scored the Corning run and Zach Miller had an RBI.

Kyle Miller worked three innings, striking out four and Monroe worked 1 2/3 innings with a strikeout, while Carter West pitched 1 1/3 innings.
