Southern Tier Sports ReportHORSEHEADS — The Horseheads Blue Raiders tennis team fell to Union-Endicott on Thursday 6-0.
In first singles U-E’s John Herring won 6-1, 6-1 over Zachery Kathan and at second singles Jacob Conti of U-E won 6-0, 6-2 over Hayden Chatlani.
Gabe Mancini of U-E won 6-2, 6-3 over Ryan Burns at fourth singles.
Henry Baird and Noah Elliott of U-E won 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 over Lincoln Chow and Joseph Juan at first doubles and at second doubles Jack Kieran and Anna Bajwa won 6-2, 7-6 (7-4).
Legman Adem and Carter Holland of U-E won 6-2, 6-2 over Maxwell Doty and Jacob Nah at third doubles.
In third singles Andrew Mancini and Dominic Wood didn’t finish their match. Wood won the first set 7-5, and dropped the second 6-7 (5-7).
