Southern Tier Sports ReportSOUTHPORT — The Notre Dame softball team picked up a 17-5 win over Trumansburg, bouncing back from a one-run loss to Lansing a day earlier.
Kayleigh Ayres got a complete game win and Lylie Colunio, Sadie Potter and Danasia Thompkins all had two hits in the game.
Avery Qualey, Bella Mashewske, Layla Sullivan, Charleigh Ripley, Emma Mallare and Ayres all had hits in the game.
Notre Dame is 4-4 on the year and they play their third game in three days tomorrow when they host Whitney Point.
