Southern Tier Sports ReportLANSING — Rosie Wheeler threw a no-hitter as the Edison softball team beat Lansing 16-0 to stay unbeaten on Thursday.
Wheeler struck out 11 and walked just one in the game.
Aurora Parlo was 3-for-4 with a triple and three runs scored and Maycie Bennett and Emily Aiello each had two hits in the game. Bennett had two RBI and two runs scored and Aiello had three runs scored and an RBI.
Carissa Cowan had a hit, three RBI and a run scored and Charlee Stroman had a hit, two RBI and a run scored.
Cierra Davis had a hit, two RBI and a run scored and Bella Moffe had a hit and two RBI, while Kailey Ripley had a hit and scored two runs.
Peyton Gibbs and Tayler Burdick scored runs in the game.
