
WHITNEY POINT — The Edison softball team got a no-hitter from Kailey Ripley as they topped Whitney Point 12-0 on Monday afternoon.
Ripley threw her second ho-hitter of the year, striking out 10 in the five-inning game.
Edison scored three in the first, three in the third and six in the fourth inning.
Aurora Parlo had two hits, with a triple, two RBI and three runs scored and Rosie Wheeler had two doubles, an RBI and three runs scored.
Bella Moffe had a hit, an RBI and a run scored and Emily Aiello had two hits and an RBI.
Ripley had a hit and an RBI and Charlee Stroman had a hit and scored a run.
Maycie Bennett scored two runs and Taylar Burdick and Haleigh Rodriguez each scored runs in the game.
