Southern Tier Sports ReportHorseheads graduate Molly Wolf had a double for LeMoyne in the first game and a triple in the second game of a doubleheader against LIU on Sunday.
Wolf was 1-for-1 with a pinch hit double and an RBI in the opener and then was 1-for-2 with a triple and an RBI in the second game.
Wolf also had a hit against Saint Francis in March, driving in a run in that game and scoring two runs.
Wolf also had an RBI against Mount St. Mary’s.
This year Wolf is 3-for-10 for a .300 average, with two of the hits coming Sunday. She has four RBI and three runs scored. The double and triple are her first extra base hits of the year. She also has two hits this year, one in the second game Sunday.
The extra base hits are the first of Wolf’s career. Last year she was 1-for-5 at the plate and walked twice and scored nine runs. The four RBI this year are the first of her career.
