Southern Tier Sports ReportATHENS, PA. — The Twin Tiers Christian girls’ basketball team won the NYPenn League Championship on Saturday, topping Cannon Christian Academy 33-31.
Kendra Yartym had 14 points to lead Twin Tiers Christian. She had four threes in the game.
Athena Korb had six points and Lillian Scott and Leah Woughter finished with four points each.
Naomi Spinosa had three points and Maria Smith finished with two in the game.
