
ELMIRA — it was another record-breaking day for Corning diver Brenden Jardin-Reed on Thursday at the Ernie Davis Academy Pool.
Jardin-Reed won the Section IV, Class A Championship with a score of 635.80. The score was a Section IV record, an Elmira pool record and a Corning Hawks team record.
Jardin-Reed won the competition by over 150 points.
Ben Elie of Vestal was second at 483.75 followed by Aiden Ranck of Elmira at 429.10. Elie’s score was a state qualifying score.
Max Tenbus of Horseheads was fourth at 278.10 followed by Corning’s Isaac Koster (261.40) and Will Montgomery of Ithaca (252.70)
