Southern Tier Sports ReportST. BONAVENTURE — Corning graduate Maddy Gill had a career-high five goals for Niagara as they topped St. Bonaventure 6-5 on Friday.
Gill converted both of her free-position shots and helped led Niagara to their first win of the year.
In the season opener Gill had an assist in a loss to Arizona State.
A season ago Gill had 21 goals and seven assists, and she is the top returning scorer for Niagara.
