
BINGHAMTON — The Horseheads boys’ basketball team went on the road and fell to Binghamton 76-52 on Thursday night.
It was 17-11 after one quarter and 37-25 at the half. After a 20-19 third quarter it was a 57-44 game, before Binghamton outscored the Blue Raiders 19-8 in the fourth.
Zubayr Griffin had 39 points, with three threes and 8-for-9 shooting from the line for Binghamton. He had 15 points in the second quarter.
Maosn Holloway and Jack Fesetch each had 13 points in the game. Both had three threes and Fesetch went 4-for-4 from the line for Horseheads.
John Durr had nine points and mIles Woodhouse finished with eight for Horseheads.
Keagan Zeller and Max Heck each had four points for the Blue Raiders and Trevor Klug finished with one point.
