Southern Tier Sports ReportHORSEHEADS — The Horseheads girls’ JV basketball team capped an unbeaten season with a STAC Championship on Thursday night.
Horseheads beat Susquehanna Valley 61-54 in the final to cap a 19-0 season.
In the semifinals Horseheads beat Wavelry 49-15 on Wednesday night.
Lexi Lese led Horseheads with 13 points, including three threes, scoring 10 points in the opening quarter against Waverly.
