VESTAL — The Corning boys and girls each picked up a 5-0 win over Vestal on Wednesday night.
For the boys Corning shot 3,238 for the day to 2,587 for Vestal.
Cameron Kennedy had the high series of the day with a 717 (214-266-237) and Camryn Stefanini was next at 696 with games of 236, 258 and 202.
Zach Sturdevant had a 644 series with games of 237, 192 and 215 and PJ Nelson had a 241 game on the day, while Dante White had a 227 game.
Gavin LaBarge led Vestal with a 628 series (163-228-237).
Corning’s girls shot 731, 797 and 806 for a 2,334 while Vestal shot 554, 754 and 691 for a 1,999.
Alexa VanAlstine led Corning with a 569 series shooting games of 197, 148 and 224 and Kylie Downing shot 137, 192 and 183 for a 512.
Jadyn O’Dell shot 164-168-168-500 and Lexi Zimmer had a 127-167-130-424, while Arianna VanGorden shot 122-101-223 for two games and Zoe Harmer had a 106 for one game.
Rachael Kapczynski led Vestal with a 143-172-161-476.
Corning will head back to Midway Lanes on Saturday for the preseason tournament.
