Southern Tier Sports ReportELMIRA — The Elmira girls tennis team played host to Maine-Endwell on Friday, falling 7-0.
In first singles Kate Martin of Maine-Endwell won 6-0, 6-0 over Kylie Besecker and at second singles Grace Van Auken won 6-0, 6-0 over Millie Kierst.
At third singles Ilona Campbell of M-E won 6-0, 6-0 over Mackenzi Lowman.
There was a forfeit at fourth singles.
In first doubles Colleen Steele and Regina Snethen of Maine-Endwell won 6-1, 6-0 over Amelia Allen and Hannah Reynolds and at second doubles Mackenzie Borgeson and Dane Georgiadi won 6-0, 6-1 over Rylee Johnson and Olivia Andrews.
