Southern Tier Sports ReportWAVERLY — Edison scored eight runs in the first inning on their way to a 15-0 win over Waverly on Friday afternoon.
Gabby Milazzo threw a three-hitter for the Spartans, striking out eight and walking none.
Emma Maggs had three hits with a double and a triple and two runs scored and Madasyn Huffner was 3-for-3 with a double, a triple, two RBI and three runs scored.
Milazzo was 2-for-2 and had three RBI and Emily Aiello had two hits, with a double, and two RBI.
Kailey Ripley had two hits and scored two runs.
Brianna Gorsky had a double and scored a run. Lulu Albertalli had a hit and scored a run and Maliyah McIver had a hit and scored a run.
Maycie Bennett had a hit, two RBI and a run scored.
Mariana Jones-Frosolone had a double with two RBI and a run scored and Charlee Stroman had a hit and two RBI. Maddison Pack had an RBI.
