Southern Tier Sports ReportCORNING — The day may have started with snow on the ground outside, but Spring sports season is here as area teams are back to work preparing for the season.
The Corning Hawks were in the gym on Wednesday, but with warmer temperatures in the forecast it’s starting to feel more like spring.
The Hawks will kick off the season at the PBR Lumber Yard High School Classic in Cortland on March 31 as they open against Syracuse City.
