SOUTHPORT — Olivia Switzer threw a perfect game to help lead Notre Dame to a 26-0 win over Newfield on Monday.

Switzer struck out 12 in the win, as the Crusaders moved to 13-4 on the year.

Shannon Maloney was 3-for-3 for Notre Dame.

Lawson Bigelow had two hits, with a home run. It was the third straight game with a home run for Bigelow, who has nine home runs this season.

Ava Mustico and Payton Miller each had three hit games for the Crusaders.

Maddie Fargo and Paige Harvey each had two hits for Notre Dame.
