STAC JV VOLLEYBALL: CORNING CRUISES INTO STAC JV FINAL (12 PHOTOS) (2025-10-25)

CORNING — The Corning JV volleyball team picked up a two-set win over Susquehanna Valley in the STAC semifinals on Saturday morning, winning 25-6, 25-11.

Sophie Schoonover had 10 points, an ace, five digs and seven kills, with an assist and two blocks and Abbey McLaughlin had six points, three aces, two digs, four kills and two blocks.

Mia Madden had seven digs, four points and an ace and Reagan Terwilliger had three points, a dig and five kills. Gabbi Hurd had two digs and a kill and Hannah Kauffman had six points, two aces and three digs.

Peyton Freelove had a point, a dig and an assist and Alexa Topper had 15 assists and a dig, while Leah Beall had four points and two aces and Clare McLaughlin had a dig.

Corning plays in the final at home against an opponent and at a time to be determined.
