COLLEGE WRESTLING: CORNING GRAD WITHAM TAKES FOURTH AT 149 FOR LIU AT BLACK KNIGHT SCRAMBLE (2022-11-10)

West Point — Corning graduate Drew Witham had a fourth-place finish at 149 pounds for Long Island University at the Black Knight Scramble hosted by Army to kick off the season.

In the opening round Witham dropped a hard-fought 7-5 match to eventual runner-up Matthew Williams of Army.

Witham then won by no contest over Nico D’Amico of Queens.. He then dropped a match by no contest to Noah Tolentino of Oregon State.

Witham dropped a tough 8-3 decision to Thomas Deck of Army, before beating Logan Brown of Army 5-2.
