HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS' SWIMMING & DIVING: O'BRIEN HAS PAIR OF 2ND PLACE FINISHES FOR ND IN CLASS C FINALS (2022-11-06)

Allie O’Brien had a pair of second-place finishes to lead Notre Dame in the Section 4, Class C Championships on Saturday.

O’Brien was second in the 200 IM in 2:18.43. She took second in the 100 back in 1:03.03.

Notre Dame was sixth in the team standings with 173 points. Watkins Glen-Odessa Montour won at 499 points.

In the 200 medley relay Alexis Collins, O’Brien, Leah and Hannah Gonzalez took fifth for Notre Dame in 2:18.25.

Collins was sixth in the 100 free in 1:02.52 and in the 200 free relay Leah Gonzalez, Anna Paltrowitz, Isabella Mashewske and Collins took fifth in 2:03.25.

Leah Gonzalez was 14th in the 200 free in 2:43.82 and Collins took fifth in the 50 free in 27.56. Mashewske was 13th in 31.08.

Hannah Gonzalez was ninth in the 100 fly in 1:17.42 and she was ninth in the 500 free in 6:36.96, while Leah Gonzalez was 15th in 7:06.73.

Mashewske was 14th in the 100 back in 1:26.69.

O’Brien, Paltrowitz, Hannah Gonzalez and Mashewske took sixth in the 400 free relay in 4:36.93.
