COLLEGE FOOTBALL: JUSTIN RODRIGUEZ INTERCEPTS PASS AS FISHER EDGES RPI (2022-09-27)

Corning graduate Justin Rodriguez had an interception, and his brother Jason had three tackles and a pass breakup as the St. John Fisher defense keyed a hard-fought 3-0 win over previously unbeaten Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Justin Rodriguez had two tackles in the game to go with the interception, one of them a solo tackles.

The win evens the record at 2-2 on the year for St. John Fisher.

Elmira’s Tyler Marks and Horseheads’ Ben Massengale and Tyler Stone also play for Fisher.

Jason Rodriguez is second on the team with 25 tackles this year, and second on the team with 13 solo tackles. Justin Rodriguez has 12 tackles on the season.
