ELMIRA HEIGHTS — The Edison volleyball team swept their way to a 3-0 win over Newfield on Monday night.

The Spartans won the match 25-9, 25-18, 25-12.

Emma Maggs had five digs and four kills and Charlee Stroman had four digs and two kills.

Maycie Bennett had five digs, two kills and four assists and Gabby Milazzo finished with three digs.

Mina Thomas had two aces, three kills and a block for Newfield and Brianna Smith had two kills and an ace.
