YOUTH BASEBALL: CHAMPIONS CROWNED IN FALCONS FOR A CURE TOURNEY (24 PHOTOS) (2022-08-08)

HORSEHEADS — The Falcons For a Cure baseball tournament was held in the area throughout the weekend.

There were over 60 teams in seven different age groups competing.

In the 8u age group Sandlot baseball won the title 11-10 over Corning Elite.

In the 9u age group the B.C. DirtDogs won 1-0 over The Smash Bro’s for the title.

The Finger Lakes Falcons won the 10u title 21-1 over the Ithaca Arsenal.

Geneva Elite won 1-0 over Cyclones Baseball in the 11u title game.

The Finger Lakes Falcons won the 12u title 9-8 over the Pittsford Panthers.

In the 13u title game the Clarence Heat beat the Finger Lakes Falcons 14-2 in the title game.

MAD Baseball won the 14u title 1-0 over the Bomb Squad.
