Southern Tier Sports ReportENDWELL — Maine-Endwell scored four runs in the fifth inning as they topped Corning 7-3 on Thursday.
Corning trailed 2-0 through four, but they scored two in the fifth to tie things, before the Spartans took the lead in the bottom of the fifth.
Gavin Walker had two hits and an RBI and Dom Weed and Ryan Price each had doubles, with Weed scoring a run and Price driving in a run.
Carter Rosno had a hit in the game and Kyle Miller and Eli King each scored runs in the game.
Larsen Burch struck out three in 4 2/3 innings and Connor Monroe got one out, while Rosno struck out two in one inning.
